ELITEFOUR recommends using a freight company to handle shipping and tariffs for orders outside of the US. If ELITEFOUR collects and pays for shipping, all other duties such as VAT, tariffs, customs, and brokerage fees arising from the order will be passed down to the customer.

A point to consider is that freight companies may ask for payment for custom taxes or tariffs from the customer in order to proceed with the order. Please note that international orders are limited in policies such as returns, exchanges, and warranty. Below are some points to consider when ordering internationally from ELITEFOUR.


Product Compatibility


ELITEFOUR products are powered with either an USB connector or power adapter. THE USB connector can be powered through any standard USB port and the power adapter is designed to accept 100V-240V AC power outlets; however, each power adapter contains an IEC type- A plug which is not compatible with a lot of international power outlets.

This problem can be simply solved by using a power converter that is compatible with the destination country’s outlet. Unless stated, a transformer/converter is not needed. Please keep in mind that all ELITEFOUR instruction manuals are in English.


Customs and VAT


International orders are subject to customs and taxes such as VAT. Any and all taxes and fees such as tariffs, brokerage fees, VAT, and customs must be solely managed by the customer and cannot be refunded by ELITEFOUR; however, ELITEFOUR may act ask a broker and request the fees from the customer on your behalf to pay the freight or shipping company. 


Returns and Exchanges


ELITEFOUR accepts returns and exchanges from up to 30 days from the date of the original purchase. Returned products must be in its original conditioning and packaging in order for it to be accepted. International customers in the return process are responsible for ALL shipping fees, including back and forth shipping, brokerage charges, and custom fees.

ELITEFOUR is not responsible for refunding shipping charges and charges from customs, duties, tariffs, or VATs. Any items shipped COD or contain any additional brokerage fees sent to ELITEFOUR will be immediately rejected. 




ELITEFOUR warrants all products sold will be defect free for one year from its original purchase date. This warranty is only valid on orders placed directly through us. We will repair or replace any defective unit free of charge.

This only applies to products free from modifications, misuse, or products used not for its intended purpose. International customers are responsible for shipping the product back for replacement or repairs.
